The
founder of the Company is Ronald Hing Tai Lee,
an Australian of Chinese origin. Mr. Lee has
over 40 years experience in auditing, taxation,
corporate governance, business development and
management consultancy. Mr. Lee is a member of

In 1971 Mr. Lee furthered his professional
studies and qualified in Taiwan as a Certified
Public Accountant (Taiwan), Authorised Tax Agent
and Authorised Patent Agent.
Mr. Lee obtained his professional trainings and
experiences from Lowe Bingham & Matthews
(Now Price WaterhouseCoopers) from 1967 to
1972.
In addition to professional experiences Mr. Lee
has obtained his commercial experiences by
working in various multi-national enterprises as
a senior accountant, assistant financial
controller, group financial controller, regional
financial controller and finally finance
director.
